Special Orders

If you are interested in having a special piece custom made for your home, we will be more than happy to create one for you. In creating special orders, there is a process we follow to make sure you will love what we create for you. We begin by having you fill out the form below. Be sure to fill in all the blanks. After we receive your information, you will be contacted by Wendy or Brian, and they will discuss the particulars of your request.

With that information a charcoal drawing of what you requested will be made and emailed to you. If you approve it, they will give you a timeframe for completing your special order. Most special orders are completed within 4-8 weeks. Upon completion of your order, you will receive the charcoal drawing along with your “Unimaginable Wildlife Art.” If your order takes longer than that you will be given the option of cancelling your order. Deposits on cancelled orders will be subject to a 25% service charge. Before your order is started a 50% deposit is required. When the order is almost completed, boxing, shipping and insurance charges will be calculated and added to the balance. Balances must be paid in full before they are shipped out. If payment is made by personal check, the check must clear before your order will be shipped to you. That’s usually seven days. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to call us.
