This wooden panel measures 18” by 24.” The wolf and the rock ledge are hand carved from Basswood. The wolf is 6” long and 3” high. All the details on the carving have been realistically created; from the curved tail to the fangs in the open mouth.

To highlight this beautiful wolf, the carving has been painstakingly painted to look exactly like a northern wolf. The light beige tones blend perfectly into the darker colors to give the fur depth.

The rock ledge is also carved out of Basswood. All the carved ridges and edges make the ledge look very realistic. And the oil painting of the moon shining down on a lake is exquisite. The soft moonlight accents the ripples on the water. And the stars in the sky come together to highlight this beautiful panel.
